5 Signs Your Business Needs a Digital System

A notebook and a spreadsheet are fine at the start — but these five signs mean it's time for a digital system to run your business.

  • SaaS
  • business management

Every business starts with a notebook or a spreadsheet, and that's normal. But as you grow, small mistakes start to pile up. If you notice one or more of these signs, your business is ready for a digital system.

1. You ask "where are we on this?" several times a day

If you're calling staff to check on an order, a car or a delivery, the information isn't in one place. A system shows you everything on one dashboard, in real time.

2. Pricing disputes with customers

"That's not what we agreed!" is an expensive sentence. In Warshatak, for example, no repair starts until the customer approves the price with a stored digital signature.

3. The numbers don't add up at month-end

Small fractions and manual entry add up to real losses. In our gold distribution system, gold is tracked in milligrams and no entry can ever be deleted or edited.

4. You don't know what actually makes money

Which product sells best? Which employee delivers most? If the answer is "roughly", you need real reports built automatically from your data.

5. Work stops when you're away

If everything lives in your head or on one device, any absence or lost laptop means work stops. A cloud system keeps your data safe and works from any device.

Where to start?

You don't need a huge system on day one. Start with the problem that hurts most, and we'll build on it step by step.
